team registration: 2025 Road hockey rodeo

Road Hockey tournament for players ages 12–17.
Saturday, July 12th, 9am - 5pm.
Each game will be 3-on-3, plus one (1) goalie. Recommended team size of 6 - 9 players (5 - 8 players plus 1 goalie.)
Each player must bring their own:
- Stick
- Water
- 1 dark and 1 light shirt
- Goalies must bring their own equipment
- Food and snacks (food trucks will have food available for purchase)
- A waiver for EACH PLAYER on the team is required. Please print off and bring your filled-in waiver(s) with you on the day of the tournament.
