2025 Salvation Army Backpack + School Supply Fundraiser
In preparation for kids heading back to school, the Salvation Army East Calgary Community Resource Centre in Forest Lawn is looking for donations of backpacks and school supplies.
Your donations help us ensure that every child in Calgary can have the joy of a new backpack and essential supplies to empower them as they begin a new school year.
Ways to help:
DONTATE NEW BACKPACKS
They can be fun, but please ensure they are functional and high quality. Children need something durable that will last a long time.
DONATE NEW SCHOOL SUPPLIES
New, simple, and good quality supplies are needed. Buy in bulk if you prefer - a group of amazing volunteers will help sort and package supplies for distribution. You can purchase supplies directly from thier Amazon Wishlist, or drop off donations at the East Calgary Campus.

Water bottles + lunch kits
Over the ear headphones
